How much will it cost to ship a product to me?

  Shipping rates vary depending on the item ordered and the type of handling you request.

How long will it take for my Sedona.biz package to arrive?
 
  Most packages arrive within 7-14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered and your location. Also, many of the items sold on Sedona.biz are manufactured and shipped by third parties, so delivery times may vary. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate. Please insure your billing address matches the billing address on your credit card statement in order to insure prompt delivery. This address will be verified with your bank and if they do not match exactly, your order will be delayed and possibly cancelled. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number and expected arrival date. In order to insure the fastest possible delivery, it is sometimes necessary for us to split your order into two or more packages. Do not be alarmed if your items do not arrive together. If all of your items have not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us. Items are shipped via UPS, DHL, and Fedex.

  We want you to be satisfied when you buy Sedona.biz products online. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return the product to us for a refund. You MUST email Customer Support first at Support@Sedona.biz to receive a return authorization number. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the shipment receipt date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the package has been opened, and no refund will be given if the product is damaged. All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please notify the shipping company right away. Unopened packages can be returned for a full refund. Monies will be refunded once we confirm receipt.

We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be shipped directly to third party that shipped you the item.  This information will be on the returns form included in your shipped package, but we will also provide the return address when you contact us.
