Award Winners 5th Annual Sedona Plein Air Festival

SEDONA, AZ (November 5, 2009) -  Artist Awards were announced at the 5th Annual Sedona Plein Air Festival’s Gala Event held in the Monet Ballroom at L’Auberge de Sedona (the Festival’s presenting sponsor) on Friday evening, October 30, 2009.  The evening event was a showcase for the works of 30 professional, award-winning artists from around the country. The artists painted Sedona and the surrounding area for seven days beginning with the Paint Out on Main Street on Sunday afternoon, October 24 and ending with the Quick Draw event on Friday morning, October 30.

More than 250 guests gathered in the beautiful ambiance of the garden outside the L’Auberge Money Ballroom to enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres provided by L’Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek. It was a brisk, beautiful autumn evening filled with the music of Grammy award-winning artist, William Eaton.
