Sedona.biz (also SedonaDaily.com) was started in April, 2006 as a daily news site targeted to Sedona full and part-time residents and visitors.  The site's news content is focused on local events, city government, arts, travel, and business. There are also classifieds, jobs, and local business directory listings.  For visitors, the site offers coupons and a comprehensive directory for lodging, restaurants, and sightseeing as well as a hotel booking engine hosted by Expedia.

Sedona.biz is consistently ranked in the top non-sponsored search results under "Sedona News" in Yahoo, MSN, and Google, and our articles appear regularly in the top search engines results for a variety of Sedona related keywords.

Articles from our RSS news feed are also published regularly by Topix, Google News, and CNN.

Since inception, monthly visitor traffic has grown dramatically, and Sedona.biz achieved its 2007 goal of 10,000 unique visitors/month in October 2007.

Banner Ads

Our site layout is designed to maximize banner advertising without being intrusive.  To this end, we offer a 486x60 banner ad at the top of each web page, with a 120x90 banner ad on each side.

We also offer banner advertising down the right hand side of each web page, and three "Partner" banner ads on every visitor page.  We also embed banner advertising inside our articles as a free additional service for our regular clients.

Each advertiser also receives a free coupon placement on our coupons page.

Ad Rates

To reduce administration, banner advertising must be purchased for a minimum of one month, payable in advance, but for no greater than 12 months.  We accept Pay Pal, all major credit cards, and checks.

We are separately able to create banner ads for our clients for $50 per banner, or our clients may provide their own banner ad for free.

Statistical ad tracking reports are provided on a monthly basis, upon request.

CPM (Cost Per 1,000 Impressions)

The most objective pricing is to price per thousand impressions; in other words based on the number of times someone sees your banner ad.  To do this, we will embed your ad in popular articles, and on key pages on our site.  We will also prepare and publish press releases for our preferred clients.

Our CPM ranges from $60 to $160 per month depending on the size of the ad and its location; meaning that you would pay $60 to $160 per month if your ad was seen 1,000 times during the month. 

For those that want to control their budget, we will cap your monthly rate, and target 2,500 impressions per month. You will not be charged if the impressions exceed 2,500 monthly impressions and you will only pay for the actual number of impressions delivered (if less than 2,500). 

If you are targeting more than 2,500 impressions per month, our CPM rates would apply.
